Uses: Designed for both men and women, STEPHAN Tranquility™ is a nutritional food supplement which contains a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids recognized as important to areas involved in stress management.

Myo-Inositol is among these specially researched ingredients. It has long been claimed to lower blood concentrations of triglycerides and cholesterol, as well as to generally protect against cardiovascular disease. In addition, Myo-Inositol intake can influence the phosphatidylinositol levels in the membranes of brain cells. Compounds derived from this process could conceivably have some beneficial effect on insomnia and anxiety proving a safer alternative than most to treat these common problems.

Another key ingredient used in STEPHAN Tranquility is valerian root, a folk remedy used throughout the years for several disorders including insomnia, hysteria, palpitations, nervousness and menstrual problems. Valerian root contains valepotriates which are said to be the source of its sedative effects. Studies reveal that valeranon, an essential oil component of this herb, produces a pronounced smooth-muscle effect on the intestine.

Directions: Take one to two capsules per day.
